Attorney Kory Jackson of Cincinnati, OH; ethical goblin

The state of Ohio provided Kory Akin Jackson with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Kory guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required legal malpractice insurance
• Failed to prepare written fee agreement for client
• Failed to prepare and execute closing statement when funds were disbursed under the contingent fee agreement
• Failed to notify medical clinic of receipt of funds owing to the clinic

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Kory by the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
