Attorney Joan Selby of Canton, OH; slacker, loser

The state of Ohio provided Joan Patricia Selby with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from Ohio State University College of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Joan guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Joan!)
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses
• Neglected client matter
• Failed to record deed on client’s behalf

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Joan by the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Joan practices at 1428 Market Avenue North in Canton, Ohio.
