Attorney Alan Seago of American Canyon, CA; ethical troll

The state of Washington presented Alan C. Seago with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Gonzaga University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to maintain complete records of client funds and property
• Failed to promptly pay the funds to the client upon request
• Failed to appear at court-scheduled hearing on client’s behalf

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Al practices at 300 Wetlands Edge Road in American Canyon, California.
