Attorney Simon Stocker of Olympia, WA; guilty of felony assault

The state of Washington presented Simon Stocker with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Simon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to the felony crime of assault in the third degree
• Plead guilty to the misdemeanor criminal of assault in the fourth degree
• Got into verbal altercation with two mean outside nightclub in Seattle and then punched both men, causing them to fall to the ground
• Struck one of the men while he was lying on the ground
• When officers arrested him tried to dissuade them from doing so by using his position as a city attorney

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Simon by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Simon practices with the Henderson Law Group PLLC at 1800 Cooper Point Road SW in Olympia, Washington.
