Attorney William Legg of Frankfort, KY; ethical gremlin

The state of Kentucky presented William Lester Legg with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the Salmon P. Chase School of Law.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Disobeyed obligation under rules of a tribunal
• Failed to respond in any manner to repeated emails and calls from client
• Failed to act with due diligence
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
