Attorney Kenneth Humphries of Hopkinsville, KY; cheating loser

The state of Kentucky presented Kenneth Wayne Humphries with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to promptly comply with client information requests
• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable fee (cheater)
• Failed to deposit client advance fees into client trust account

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 30-day suspension of his law license.  

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Kenny.
