Attorney Marina Barturen of Coral Gables, FL; ethical dwarf

The state of Florida presented Marina Barturen with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.

The State Bar of Florida found Marina guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with trust accounting rules and regulations

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Marina by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.
