Attorney Linda Champion of Boston; moronic slacker

The state of Massachusetts presented Linda Gale Champion with a law license in 2003 after she graduated from Boston University Law School.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Continued to represent lenders at real estate closings when her representation would result in the violation of rules of professional conduct or other law through the improper disbursement of closing funds
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018) Linda practices with the Massachusetts Department of Industrial Accidents at One Congress Street in Boston, Massachusetts.
