Attorney Michael Tasker of Bellingham, WA; deadbeat liar  

The state of Washington presented Michael Kenneth Tasker with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from George Mason University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Misused client funds in his trust account for period of two years
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Knowingly made false statements of material fact to a tribunal
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to pay at least $70,000 in court-ordered child support
• Larry’s business/personal accounts garnished to pay owed child support

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Mikey practices at 510 East Holly Street in Bellingham, Washington.
