The state of Washington presented Brian Malcom Keith with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Williamette University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to place client funds into a trust account
  • Misappropriated [stole] client funds
  • Wrote check on insufficient funds account (rubber)
  • Failed to promptly deliver funds owing to client
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Brian practices at 1865 Sylvan Street in Eugene, Washington.
