Attorney Eric Darnell of El Paso; scamming loser

The state of Texas presented Eric Bliss Darnell with a law license in 199 after he graduated from the University of Tulsa School of Law.

The District 17 Grievance Committee found Eric  guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with his clients
• Asserted a frivolous [BS] claim
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, dishonesty, deceit or misrepresentation
• Increased costs and burdens of case on opposing side
• Knowingly violated a court order (Up yours, said Eric!)
• Misrepresented facts to the court

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Texas Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
