Attorney James M. Radcliffe of Belleville, IL; Gadaffi Wannabee, Dufus

James M. Radcliffe was presented with a law license by the Illinois Supreme Court in 1977.

In 1987, Jimmy succeeded in duping the voters in Monroe County into electing him as a 20th Judicial Circuit Court Judge where he presided until 2008.

During his insignificant tenure on the bench, Jimmy was charged with misconduct by the Illinois Judicial Commission. Subsequently the Commission found Jimmy guilty of violating the due process rights of a Special Agent for the Illinois Liquor Control Commission who Jimmy illegally forced to reveal publicly the name of a person who was being investigated by the FBI.

It was during a public hearing for an injunction that Jimmy forced the Liquor agent to divulge this confidential information. To make matters worse, Jimmy issued a preliminary injunction with no expiration date, without bond and without setting forth any finds of fact to support his illegal conduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Jimmy by gifting him with a 90-day suspension.

As we speak (Jan 2012) Jimmy the Loser advertises as a $400 an hour mediator and arbitrator. The only people that would pay Jimmy $400 an hour are those who are confident they are purchasing a favorable result.
