Attorney Daniel Salazar of Albuquerque, NM; ethical goblin

The state of New Mexico presented Daniel M. Salazar with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Washington University School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to provide competent representation (imbecile)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to withdraw from client representation in an orderly fashion

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand. 

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Danny practices with The Law Office of Daniel M. Salazar at 500 Oak Street NE in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
