Attorney Thomas Pfarr of Albuquerque, NM; ethical goblin

The state of New Mexico presented Thomas A. Pfarr with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Indiana University School of Law.

The New Mexico Disciplinary Board found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to deposit client retainers in trust account
  • Failed to hold funds in which clients claimed an interest in client trust account
  • Illegally shared fees with non-attorney
  • Formed practicing law partnership with a non-lawyer

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Mexico Supreme Court punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 18-month suspension of his law license effective August 2, 2017.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Danny practices with The Law Office of Thomas A. Pfarr at 3700 General Arnold Street in Albuquerque, New Mexico. His license will be reinstated on or about January 2019.
