Louis Caputo of Pittsburgh; convicted criminal

The state of Pennsylvania provided Louis Francis Caputo with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from Widener University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Louie guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Pled guilty to Criminal Solicitation/Gambling Devices
  • Attempted to convince individual to place illegal gambling devices in her place of business

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Louie by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license effective December 16, 2017.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Louis will have his license reinstated in December 2018 and will again be practicing with Caputo & Caputo PC at 204th Fifth Avenue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
