Judge Beth Maze of Mt. Sterling, KY; forged official documents, liar

The state of Kentucky presented Diane M. Price with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Chase College of Law.

The Kentucky Judicial Conduct Commission has charged Beth with engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Illegally ordered ex-husband Donald “Champ” Maze to be drug tested even though she wasn’t assigned to his district court case
  • Forged names on official documents
  • Failed to acknowledge she forged names on officials documents during ethics investigation (Screw you, said Beth!)

Because Judicial Misfits in Kentucky are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Beth was never criminally charged with forgery.

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Beth by the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Beth continues to sit as a 21st Judicial Circuit Court judge in Mount Sterling, Kentucky.
