Former Commissioner Joseph Gianquinto of Bakersfield, CA; bigoted loser

The state of California presented Joseph Gianquinto with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the San Fernando Valley College of Law in Woodland Hills, California. San Fernando is a Fourth Tier school that is dedicated to taking in losers that couldn’t get accepted at mainstream law schools like U.C. Davis, UCLA or USC.

The California Commission on Judicial Performance found Joey guilty of the following misconduct, some of which related to his Facebook posts as set forth below.

• “Trump is going to fundamentally transform this nation.”
• “He is going to transform it from a primarily Judeo- Christian nation into Islam.”
• “Got it now?  Thank God for Trump.” 
• “What a pity it is to watch the RINOs  [Republican in name only]  run  from the immigration order like roaches when the light comes on.  They are more
• interested in saving their positions,  than in protecting the rest of us.”
• “For the Indian Rez that will not permit the wall built on 75  miles of border on their land — how about building the wall around that rez, fencing them into
• Mexico?  That should please them.”

After reviewing Joey’s defamatory and bigoted Facebook posts, Presiding Judge Brehmer ordered Joey to cease from making any future Facebook posts. Joey in effect responded by giving Judge Brehmer the “middle-finger” by continuing to make inappropriate posts on his Facebook page, which are as follows.

• “The problem  isn’t that Hillary is an unethical,  corrupt,  lying criminal  dirtbag  — Everyone knows that.
• “The problem  is that her supporters don’t care.  Are you people brain dead?”
• “I am asking myself ‘Why am I reading all the crap about the FBI and Hillary? It only causes me grief when I know nothing will EVER happen?’ “

 In an effort to prove his bona fides as a fellow Trump racist, Joey did so by making the following Facebook post.

 “As I drove to the gym this morning, my route goes past several  low income housing units recently built,  and some apartment buildings that are also low

income.  I did not see a single light on at 6:00.  That is when people going to work arise.” 

ON several instances after being directed by Judge to cease and desist from posting on Facebook, Joey intentionally violated said orders by making the following Facebook posts.

• Publicly shared a post showing pictures of Hillary Clinton and James Comey,  overwritten with text stating, “IF YOU FEEL BETRAYED BY THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND THE FBI PLEASE LIKE AND  SHARE.”  (originally posted by “Donald Trump for President.”
• Publicly shared a post with a photo of Hillary Clinton alongside text stating, “SHARE IF YOU ARE OUTRAGED HILLARY WON’T BE CHARGED BY THE FBI.”

As a direct consequence of his egregious misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Commission punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
