Attorney Claudio Stanziola of West Long Branch, NJ; greedy loser

The state of New Jersey presented Claudio Marcelo Stanziola with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Claudio guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in improper business transaction with client
• Client transaction failed to provide methods for client protections or reimbursements
• Business deal with client took advantage of client re: several matters

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Claudio by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Claudio practices in West Long Beach, New Jersey.
