Attorney Farrah Irving of Newark, NJ; ethical gremlin

The state of New Jersey presented Farrah A. Irving with a law license in 2012 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Farrah guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to provide client with contingent fee agreement
  • Failed to apprise client method by which fee was to be determined
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Farrah by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Farrah practices in Newark, New Jersey.
