Attorney Keith Bardellini of Bermuda Dunes, CA; perjurer, repeat offender

The state of California provided Keith Byron Bardellini with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the University of California Hastings School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Keith guilty of the following misconduct.

Keith’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Withdrew client representation w/o obtaining prior court approval
• Failed to advise client of withdrawal of representation
• Failed to take adequate steps to prevent foreseeable prejudice to client upon withdrawal

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary reproval.

Keith’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to comply with terms of prior discipline conviction
• Knowingly, willfully and intentionally failed to take and pass MPRE exam (Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam)
• Willfully failed to take mandated ethics class
• Lied under oath he had attended mandatory ethics class (perjury)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Keith by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Keith was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.
