Attorney Lawrence Song of Playa del Rey, CA; guilty of felony assault

The state of California provided Lawrence Jacob Song with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Catholic University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Larry guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Charged with assault with a deadly weapon, a felony
  • Charged with assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury, a felony
  • Plead guilty assault by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury, a felony and as part of plea agreement charge of assault with a deadly weapon was dismissed
  • During traffic confrontation, Larry struck driver in head with extension cord that caused a two inch laceration to the top left side of the driver’s head and caused him to fall to the ground

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Courtpunished Larry by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2018) Larry practices with the Song Law Group at 8420 Gulana Avenue in Playa del Rey, California.
