Attorney Wilfred Aka of Los Angeles; moronic slacker

The state of California provided Wilfred I. Aka with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from the University of West Los Angeles School of Law. West LA Law School is a Fourth Tier Law School dedicated to taking on losers that could not get accepted into mainstream law schools such as USC, UC Davis and/or Stanford.

The State Bar Court found Willy guilty of the following misconduct, all of which was adjudged by the Chief Judge of the United States Tax Court. 

• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to appear at trial on client’s behalf
• Failed to appear at rescheduled trial on behalf of client
• Tax Court issues show cause contempt order for failure to appear at scheduled trials
• Falsely claimed he didn’t represent the client regarding his failure to appear at two scheduled trials on behalf of said client
• Failed to follow the orders of the Tax Court on at least seven (7) occasions
• Conduct caused damage to his clients
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with clients’
• Failed to act fairly to opposing counsel and party
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Willy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Les.
