Attorney Peter Brigandi of Gretna, LA; cheating loser

The state of Louisiana presented Peter Ralph Brigandi with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide accounting to client
• Failed to place disputed portion of fee in trust account
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fee (cheater)
• Failed to report misconduct of another lawyer
• Failed to make full disclosure of misconduct to Disciplinary Counsel

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. April 2019) Pete practices with The Brigandi Law Firm LLC at 1630 Franklin Street in Gretna, Louisiana.
