Attorney Bernard Blair III of New Orleans; greedy loser

The state of Louisiana presented Peter Ralph Brigandi with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Tulane University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Bernie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in egregious conflict of interest
• Prepared client will containing legacy in favor of his wife
• Represented two clients simultaneously when he knew a conflict existed

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Bernie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.
