Attorney Letita Parker-Davis of Gretna, LA; ethical goblin

The state of Louisiana presented Letita Jacintha Parker-Davis with a law license in 1989 after she graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Letita guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to file lawsuit on client’s behalf prior to tolling of statute of limitations for the filing of a personal injury claim
• Neglected client’s legal matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Letita by gifting her with a complimentary 3-month suspension of her law license. 

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Letita practices with the 24^th JDC Public Defender’s Office at 848 2^nd Street in Gretna, Louisiana.
