Attorney Charles Rowe of Bossier City, LA; convicted liar

The state of Louisiana presented Charles R. Rower with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Committed a criminal act
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness
• Made misleading statements in connection with an FBI investigation of the activities of the non-lawyer assistant
• Lying to FBI led to conviction for making false statements to federal agent

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. March 2019) Charlie practices at 3985 Airline Drive in Bossier City, Louisiana.
