The state of Louisiana presented Robert W. Sharp Jr. with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Loyola University School of Law.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Counseled or assisted client to engage in conduct that Bobby knew was criminal or fraudulent
• Failed to properly withdraw from representation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.
