Attorney James Andrews of Genesee, CO; idiotic slacker 

The state of Colorado provided James Peter Andrews with a law license in 2007 after he graduated from Creighton University Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Idiot)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to abide by client decisions concerning objectives of case
• Failed to consult with client regarding means of achieving client objectives
• Failed to explain matter so as to permit the client to make informed decisions regarding the representation
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him, with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Jimmy practices with James P Andrews ESQ. Counsellor at Law LLC at 24089 High Meadow Drive in Genesee, Colorado.
