Attorney Daniel Becnel III of La Place, LA; ethical troll

The state of Colorado provided Daniel Elmore Becnel III with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Colorado Law School.

The Colorado State Bar found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual relationship with a client

Kinda gives a new meaning to the term "screwing your client."

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him, with a complimentary 9-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Danny practices with the Becnel Law Firm at 425 West Airline Highway in La Place, Louisiana.
