Attorney Jarret Niesse of Barrington, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Jarret S. Niesse with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Jarret guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jarret was the CFO of Precious Metal Refinery Services (“PMRS”). During the pendency of a lawsuit filed by one of PMRS’s former employees against the company, Jarret gained access to that employee’s personal e-mail account without that former employee’s knowledge or authorization.

The information Jarret obtained was subsequently used against the plaintiff in the lawsuit. When his conduct was discovered, Jarret filed an affidavit with the court in which he made false statements [perjury] by portraying his access to the former employee’s personal e-mail as “inadvertent.”

Subsequently, the trial court imposed a default judgment as a sanction against PMRS based on Mr. Jarret’s conduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jarret by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Illinois are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else Jarret was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (September 2018), Jarret practices at 1521 South Grove Avenue in Barrington, Illinois.

CAUTION: Jarret does not carry legal malpractice insurance
