Attorney Jerry Rothman of San Fernando, CA; idiotic loser

The state of California provided Jerry D. Rothman Stanislav Markov with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law.

The State Bar Court found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Intentionally, recklessly and repeatedly failed to provide competent services (idiot)
• Engaged in multiple acts of wrongdoing
• Failed to obtain default judgment after defendant failed to respond to client’s first amended complaint
• Failed to appear at court-ordered OSC hearing
• Failed to appear for a second OSC hearing
• Failed to appear in court at hearing on motion to vacate order of dismissal of client’s case
• Failed to appear a rescheduled hearing on motion to vacate dismissal order
• Failed to refile client’s case
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Bar Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the State Bar Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Jerry.

And lastly, because Attorney Misfits in California are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Franny was never criminally prosecuted for perjury.
