Attorney Timothy Henry Jr. of New Orleans; convicted drunk

The state of Louisiana presented Timothy John Henry Jr. with a law license in 2014 after he graduated from Louisiana State University School of Law.

The Louisiana Disciplinary Board found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Convicted of driving under the influence (DUI)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Timmy.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Timmy practices at 7709 Maple Street in New Orleans, Louisiana.
