Attorney Brian Benbow of Zanesville, OH; serial liar, loser 

The state of Ohio presented Brian William Benbow with a law license in 1999 after he graduated from Capitol University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel Bar found Clinton guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in sexual activity with a client [gives a new meaning to screwing your client]
• Sexual activity took place in courthouse conference room
• Exchanged photos of sexual nature with client
• Repeatedly lied under oath [perjury] to ethics investigators about sexual activity (Screw you, said Brian!)
• Knowingly made a false statement of material fact
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to accept responsibility for his misconduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in Ohio are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Brian was never criminally charged with perjury.

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Brian practices with the Benbow Law Offices at 605 Market Street in Zanesville, Ohio.
