Attorney David Davis of Hopewell, NJ; ethical troll

The state of New Jersey presented David Perry Davis with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Improperly threatened a fellow attorney to gain an advantage

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary admonition. 

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Davey practices in Hopewell, New Jersey.
