The state of New York presented David Perry Davis with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Fee agreement failed to comply with Disciplinary Rules
• Charged and/or attempted to charge a clearly unreasonable fee (cheater)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary admonition. 

As we speak (ca. November 2018), Mikey practices with Musa-Obregon & Associates at 55-21 69^th Street in Maspeth, New York.
