Attorney Gregg Trautmann of Rockaway, NJ; greedy loser

The state of New Jersey  presented Gregg D. Trautmann with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the Rutgers University Law School.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Gregg guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to set forth in writing basis or rate of his fee
  • Engaged in conflict of interest
  • Entered into prohibited business transaction with a client
  • Knowingly violated or attempt to violate Rules of Professional Conduct
  • Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
  • Failed to detail in client will who would control her burial arrangements
  • Sold deceased clients’ home to his wife for $180 despite it being tax-assessed valued at $408,000

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Gregg by gifting him  with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Gregg practices with Trautmann & Associates LLC at 262 East Main Street in Rockaway, New Jersey.
