Attorney Robert Davis of Newark, NJ; convicted felonious fraudster

The state of New Jersey  presented Robert B. Davis with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Convicted of bank fraud in federal court
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Convicted of mail fraud in federal court
• Involved in fraudulent real estate scheme
• Charged with one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud
• Charged with five counts of wire fraud
• Falsified numerous HUD-1 applications as real estate attorney
• Charged with two counts of bank fraud

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him  with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Bobby practices with Trautmann & Associates LLC at 262 East Main Street in Rockaway, New Jersey.
