Attorney Michael Luciano of Livingston, NJ; thieving loser

The state of New Jersey  presented Michael A. Livingston with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from Temple University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Mikey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Knowingly misappropriated (stole) client funds
  • Stole $100,000 from an elderly client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him  with a complimentary 3-month suspension of his law license.

Because Attorney Misfits in New Jersey are held to a much lower standard of conduct then everyone else, Mikey was never criminally charged grand theft and/or embezzlement.

As we speak (ca. October 2018), Mikey practices at 19 West Mount Pleasant Avenue in Livingston, New Jersey.
