The state of New Jersey  presented Donald J. Grasso with a law license in 1972 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct

  • Pled guilty to one count of conspiracy to defraud the IRS

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him  with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.
