Attorney David Lewis of Morristown, NJ; convicted tax cheat

The state of New Jersey  presented David A. Lewis with a law license in 1985 after he graduated from Rutgers University School of Law.

The New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Pled guilty to subscribing to a false tax return

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the New Jersey Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him  with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2019), Davey practices at 52 Maple Avenue in Morristown, New Jersey.
