Attorney Dana Price of Jacksonville, FL; serial scofflaw

The state of Florida provided Dana Rachel Price with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from American University Law School.

The State Bar Court of Florida found Dana guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly stop at stop sign directly in front of police officer
• At time of stop Dana’s license was suspended
• Told officer she didn’t have any identification with her
• After being detained, a search of Dana’s purse found her identification
• Arrested for driving on suspended license and running a stop sign
• After being booked into the Duval County jail, further search of Dana’s purse revealed a hollowed-out E-cigarette with THC oil inside
• Dana was subsequently charged with possession of synthetic marijuana and introduction of contraband into a correctional facility
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Dana by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2018), Dana practices with Price Family Law at 300 West Adams Street in Jacksonville, Florida.
