Judge Robin Snyder of Wellsburg, WV; moronic loser

It should be noted that Robin is not a licensed attorney nor did he attend law school.

The West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission found Robin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to comply with the law
• Conduct failed to promote public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to perform judicial duties competently (moron)
• Mishandled a vicious dog case
• Failed to allow litigant right to be heard (due process)
• Failed to act impartially when dealing with litigants appearing before her

Apparently, Robin is of the opinion that “due process) is the means by which the grass becomes moist in the a.m.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Investigation Committee punished Robin by gifting her with a complimentary 30-day suspension from the bench.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Robin  continues to sit as a Brooke County Magistrate in Wellsburg, West Virginia.
