Judge Robert Montgomery of Charleston, WV; moronic slacker

The state of West Virginia presented Robert M. Montgomery with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from West Virginia University School of Law.

The West Virginia Judicial Investigation Commission found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to enter required order for two and a half years
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Waited over 20 months after last evidentiary hearing to enter a final divorce order in the matter
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to perform judicial duties impartially and competently (moron)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Investigation Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Bobby continues to sit as a11th Family Circuit Court judge in Charleston, West Virginia.
