It should be noted that Patty is not a lawyer and has never attended law school.

• Left judicial office during court hours to arraign the friend of a second cousin
• Failed to follow court rules when arraigning friend’s second cousin
• Improperly conducted her own investigation into the matter involving her friend’s second cousin
• Engaged in illegal ex part (one-sided) communications with a witness involved in the case involving her friend’s second cousin
• Improperly communicated with news reporters about the matter involving her friend’s second cousin at a time that the case was still pending in court
• Failed to comply with the law
• Failed to perform judicial duties impartially and competently (imbecile)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Investigation Committee punished Patty by gifting her with a complimentary admonishment.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Patty continues to sit as a Ohio County Magistrate in Wheeling, West Virginia.
