Attorney Brian Hopper of Madisonville, KY; check bouncing slacker

The state of Kentucky presented Brian Nathan Hopper with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to respond to repeated client information requests
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon termination
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Brian!)
• Wrote checks on insufficient funds account (rubber)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary 181-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (July 2018), Brian practices with Moore & Hopper PLLC at 21 Sugg Street in Madisonville, Kentucky.
