Attorney Donald Smart of Stratford, CT; dimwitted loser

The state of Georgia provided Donald Edward Smart with a law license in 2003 after he graduated from Harvard University Law School.

The Georgia State Bar found Donnie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file witness list on behalf of client
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Due to failure to file witness list, hearing officer granted opposing party’s motion for involuntary dismissal of client’s case
• Advised client to not testify in support to claim despite by hearing officer and opposing counsel that it wanted to hear and consider the client’s testimony
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Selfishly motivated to engage in misconduct
• Failed to communicate with client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Donnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Donnie practices at 84 Chelsea Street in Stratford, Connecticut.
