Attorney Andrew Spinnell of New York City; ethical elf

The state of Connecticut provided Andrew J. Spinnell with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the Fordham University School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Andy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Knowingly engaged in improper communication with person he knew was represented by counsel
• Did not have consent of attorney to communicate with his client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Andy by gifting him with a complimentary suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2018), Andy practices with the Law Offices of Andrew J. Spinnell LLC at 295 Madison Avenue in New York, New York.
