Attorney Christopher Molyneaux of Ridgefield, CT; ethical goblin

The state of Connecticut provided Christopher John Molyneaux with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Chris guilty of the following misconduct.

In addition to the misconduct set forth below, Chris’s law license was suspended on one occasion his failure to pay an annual fee amounting to a measly $75 to the Client Security Fund, which was set up to reimburse clients who were cheated by their attorneys.

  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to communicate with client
  • Failed to timely comply with opposing counsel’s discovery requests

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Chris by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. August 2018), Chris practices with the Law Offices of Christopher J. Molyneaux at 100B Danbury Road in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
