Attorney Duane Lueders of West Hartford, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Duane Lueders with a law license in 1984 after he graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Duane guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep separate funds claimed by Duane, his client and others
• Failed to promptly distribute funds to persons lawfully entitled to same
• Failed to pay client medical expenses from settlement funds despite providing care providers with letters of protection

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Duane by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2018), Duane practices at 12 North Main Street in West Hartford, Connecticut.
