The Statewide Grievance Committee found Pete guilty of the following misconduct

• Failed to adequately communicate with client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to inform client regarding substantive issues of the foreclosure to permit the Complainant to make informed decisions concerning the representation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Pete by gifting him a complimentary reprimand.
